The Capitol Education Community invites you to a briefing on "Understanding How Trauma Impacts Youth and How to Support Students" in the State Capital on Friday, February 9th at 10AM. 

Dr. Amy Lansing, Ph.D, Director of the Cognitive and Neurobehavioral Studies in Aggression, Coping, Trauma and Stress (CNS-Acts) research program at UCSD will discuss the science of trauma and poverty and what researcher/practitioners from across the country are learning about meaningful practices and policies for addressing the effects of trauma on students and staff.
